Kanemoto Racing is a United States Corporation that was incorporated in California by Erv Kanemoto in late 1988.

One business in which it participates is owning and managing a racing team that has successfully competed in the FIM/Dorna World Championship Grand Prix Motorcycle Road Racing Series since 1989 with several sponsorship partners that include Rothmans Tobacco, Castrol International, Q8 Petroleum, Marlboro and Bridgestone.

Kanemoto Racing's main business office is located in Tracy, California. It also has a workshop/office in Aalst, Belgium that is used for European operations, and has steadily acquired racing and support equipment to help keep it among the most technologically advanced and best equipped teams in motorcycle racing.
